Do I need to book in advance?

For strap fitting, walk-in visits are welcome when the workshop is open. For collection care plans and vintage restoration, we recommend reaching out first so we can set aside appropriate time for the initial assessment.

How long does vintage restoration take?

It depends on the piece and what's needed. After the initial inspection, we'll outline a realistic timeline before any work begins. Most vintage restoration projects are completed within four to eight weeks. We don't compress that for speed.

What does the Collection Care Plan cover?

The plan covers scheduled winding checks, light cleaning, basic functionality checks and notes on anything that may need closer attention over time. It's designed for owners who want steady visibility into how their pieces are holding up, without waiting for something to go wrong.

Do you work on all watch brands?

We work across a wide range of mechanical and quartz timepieces, including vintage pieces from most major and independent manufacturers. If you have something specific, get in touch and we'll let you know whether it falls within what we handle.

How is pricing structured?

Strap fitting and collection care are priced as listed. For vintage restoration, the listed price reflects a starting point — the final scope is confirmed after assessment. You'll receive a clear outline before any work proceeds.
