By submitting an enquiry, bringing a timepiece to our workshop, or engaging any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a guardian, to engage our Services.

Pendula offers three focused watch care services:

Services are provided at our workshop in Bang Lamung. We do not offer a postal or courier service for timepieces.

4. Enquiries and Engagement

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a service agreement. A service is engaged only when:

For Vintage Restoration, the listed price is a starting point. Final pricing is confirmed after assessment and before work begins.

You agree not to submit items that are stolen, counterfeit, or subject to legal dispute. Pendula reserves the right to decline any service without explanation.

8. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with completed work, please raise this at collection. We will discuss the concern and, where the issue falls within the original agreed scope, consider remedial work at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for completed services except in cases where the work was materially different from the agreed scope.

Deposits for Vintage Restoration are non-refundable once work has commenced.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the price paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of use or sentimental value, except where required by Thai consumer protection law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — text, images, design — is owned by or licensed to Pendula. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

12. Termination

Either party may withdraw from an agreed service before work begins. If you withdraw after work has commenced, you remain responsible for the cost of work completed to that point. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if circumstances make it impractical to proceed.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage an initial informal discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by Thai law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect changes. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
